My tracking shows ‘delayed’ or my parcel hasn’t moved – what should I do?
Minor delays can happen due to courier backlogs or customs. If your order hasn’t moved for more than 7 business days, please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can usually update the address. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the parcel has already shipped, address changes may not be possible.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund according to our shipping policy. Please reach out to us so we can open an enquiry with the courier.

Why does the colour or grain of my item look slightly different from the photos?
Wood is a natural material, so variations in colour, grain and small markings are normal and are part of what makes each Woodora piece unique.

We prioritise sustainably sourced wood where possible and design products to be long-lasting, reusable alternatives to plastic kitchenware.

Yes. Wooden utensils are gentle on non-stick surfaces and help prevent scratching your pans when used as intended.
How should I clean my wooden utensils?
Hand-wash in warm, mild soapy water and dry immediately with a towel. Avoid soaking for long periods, as this can cause the wood to swell or crack.
Can I put Woodora utensils in the dishwasher?
We don’t recommend using a dishwasher. High heat and long exposure to water and detergents can damage wooden utensils over time.
Do I need to oil my wooden utensils?
Yes, occasional oiling helps keep the wood nourished and prevents it from drying out. Use a food-safe oil such as mineral oil, or coconut oil and wipe off any excess.
What should I do if my utensil feels rough or dry?
Lightly sand with very fine sandpaper if needed, then apply a thin layer of food-safe oil and let it absorb before use.
Are wooden utensils heat resistant?
Wooden utensils are suitable for everyday cooking, but avoid leaving them sitting in very hot pans or oil for extended periods, as this can darken or warp the wood.
How do I remove strong food smells or stains from wooden utensils?
Wash with mild soap, then rub with a paste of baking soda and water or lemon and salt, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Re‑oil if needed.

Woodora does not add any hidden charges. However, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees if you are shopping from outside our primary region.

I forgot to apply my discount code — can you add it after I ordered?
